Follow the directions below to link a utility account to your PayIt Fort Smith profile:
2. Under the "Available Services" section, click Link Account.
3. Choose to search for your water account using either your Account Number and Customer Number, or the Bill Number.
4. Enter the information and click Search.
5. Select Yes, that's it. If the account is not yours, choose No, search again.
Your account is now linked to your PayIt Fort Smith profile. New bills will appear on the dashboard after signing in, and you will receive email notifications when new bills become available.
If you have a current balance due, it will now appear (see Pay a utility bill).
