Change AutoPay payment method

Follow the directions below to change the payment method for your utility account enrolled in AutoPay through PayIt Fort Smith:

1. Sign in to PayIt Fort Smith using the profile that set up AutoPay.

2. Select Manage AutoPay.

3. When prompted about what you would like to change, select My Payment Method.

Note: If you have multiple accounts linked to your profile, you will first be prompted to select the account you wish to enroll and click Submit.

4. The current payment method will be displayed with a blue arrow to the right. Click on the payment method and then select or add the new payment method you want to use.

5. Once you have selected a payment method, click the Submit button.
