Unenroll a Fort Smith Utility Account from AutoPay on PayIt Fort Smith

No longer want to have your bills paid automatically on PayIt Fort Smith? No problem! Follow the steps below to unenroll from AutoPay:

1. Select Manage AutoPay 

2. Select Unenroll Account

3. If you have multiple accounts enrolled in AutoPay, choose the account you wish to unenroll then click Submit

Note: If you only have one account enrolled in AutoPay proceed with the next step.

4. Click Yes to confirm

Your account is now unenrolled from AutoPay. You will receive an unenrollment confirmation and manual payments will need to be made going forward. To re-enroll in autopay, see Enroll a Fort Smith Utility Account in AutoPay on PayIt  Fort Smith.
