Where is my receipt?
If signed in, once your PayIt Fort Smith payment is complete you'll receive a receipt via email confirmation and it will be stored in the "Payments" section of your profile.
Follow the steps below to find your receipt on PayIt Fort Smith:
1. Sign in to PayIt Fort Smith.
2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner and click Payments.
3. In the "Payment History" section select a receipt to view more information.
Note:
- For guest users, although your receipt will not be stored in a profile, you may contact PayIt Support to request a copy by clicking the "Help" widget in the bottom right corner of this to chat with support or by emailing payitfortsmith@payitgov.com.
- ACH/eCheck payments can take 3-5 business days to clear. You'll generally see the amount withdrawn from your bank within that timeframe. Receipts will be emailed and appear on your profile immediately after the payment clears.
