Unenroll a Fort Smith Utility Account from eBilling on PayIt Fort Smith

If you no longer wish to receive your utility bills through electronic billing you can unenroll through your PayIt Fort Smith profile. Follow the steps below to get started: 

1. Towards the right of the screen see, "Your Accounts & Requests" and select the account you wish to unenroll

2. Under "Account Actions" click Unenroll from eBilling

3. Click Accept
