Account Usage

You can now easily access a usage chart and table for your water account. Just log into your PayIt Fort Smith profile and follow these steps

  1. If you haven't already linked to your account, please see How do I link a utility account to my profile?
  2. Under Available Services click on Explore Service

  4. Here you can view your usage chart
    Note: The chart will show a full 2 years worth of data

  5. If you want to expand the table, select the drop down arrow to the right of Usage Table

  6. Here you can view your monthly usage in more detail
